MSI has a joint-venture (JV) facility in China that makes high quality plastic injection tools as well as molded plastic parts. Our experience with plastic material includes a wide range: polycarbonate, ABS, nylon, polyurenthene, and specialty material such as LCP, DAP, UHMWP etc.

We offer quick turn around on tooling (4-8 weeks), parts finishing and assembling, packaging, and turn-key products. Both thermoplastic and thermoset, presses 20-400 tons, 0-900g (0-30 oz) parts. Pro-E and SolidWorks, EDM, CNC, wire-cutters.
